03Board out
Plasterboard goes on, floors go down, and the room starts to feel like a room.
04Plaster and fit
Plaster dries, then the joinery comes in: door linings, units and all the things you'll touch every day.
05Finish
Floors, doors and the last details. Then we check it over with you, room by room.

Do I need planning permission for a garage conversion?
Usually not, as long as the work is internal and doesn't enlarge the building. Some homes have had those rights removed, especially on newer estates, so check with the council first.
Are your quotes free?
Yes, always.
Do I need building regs for new windows?
Replacement windows are covered by building regulations. A registered installer can self-certify the work, otherwise it goes through building control.
Do I need building regs for a new kitchen?
Usually not for a like-for-like refit. Drainage or electrical work that's part of the refit may need approval, and so will moving a kitchen to a different room.
Do you do small jobs as well as whole houses?
Yes. We take on jobs of any size, from a single door to a whole house.
