Media walls
Media walls.
A built-out feature wall that hides the cables and gives the TV, the fire and the shelves a proper home. It turns a plain wall into the best thing in the room.

- Start with the TV and the fire
How it works.
- Measure the TV. Everything else follows from the screen, so we fix its size and height first.
- Pick the fire. An inset fire comes with its own instructions for clearances and ventilation, and the frame is built around them.
- Plan the cables. We decide where the sockets, the box and the soundbar go before anything is built.
- Check behind the wall. An old chimney breast or anything structural gets checked first.
- Build and finish. The frame goes up, then the shelves, lighting and finishing.

Questions we get asked.
Does a media wall need building regulations?
Not usually for the joinery itself, but electrical work can be notifiable, and anything structural is a different question. Check with building control if you're unsure.
How much does a media wall cost?
Every wall is different, so we quote each one. Our quotes are free.
